We arrived late at night with no booking, the managers had no issues in accommodating us,very helpful polite and understanding, our 4 day stay turned into a 8 night stay. They were understanding and empathetic to our needs, even moving people around to accommodate us, the rooms was high standard and very family friendly, highly recommended and brace yourselves we will he back, thanks heaps for everything.Kathryn,Doug and boys - Deniliquin22 Jul 2018
Our family of 5 had a great stay recently. We had a 3 bedroom apartment (#43) and it was very clean and comfortable with lots of balconies with amazing views. The management went out of their way for us after we'd had a bad experience at another property. Thank you.Anita - New Zealand17 Jun 2018
Amazing place to stay! Perfect location in the tower building, away from the hustle and noise of surfers yet only a 15min drive away. Absolutely stunning views from the 2 bedroom apartment looking over the broadwater towards the city lights. Comfortable amenities. The service provided by Diane was above and beyond expectations as she made all efforts to help and accomodate us. Thanks for a great experience, we will definitely recommend this hotel to others :)Melissa - Manawatu,New Zealand07 Oct 2016
My sister and I LOVED our room number #59 on the 12th floor. We had a stunning panorama of azure sky and ocean, the view was always alive with people enjoying their big or little watercraft without being too noisy. Even when the weather turned cooler, the clouds and rain were remarkable to watch while they scooted past. The apartment furniture and appliances were great (liked that ice-making fridge!), curtains kept the sunrise out, and shower water pressure was excellent. Diane and Kevin from Building Management loaned us a portable air-con unit which was much appreciated and the building lift was always prompt. Dealing with Diane regarding our booking was a pleasure too.Sandy - Melbourne29 Apr 2016
