Take a break from the bustling city and immerse yourself in nature. Pine Ridge Conservation Park is a virtually untouched and interesting park which contains one of the last remaining wallum banksia stands on the Gold Coast. Walk along the park and take a whiff of wildflowers such as banksia, boronia and thewallum wedge pea. They are plentiful especially after good autumn rains. Along the boundary walking track, notice the park's varied plants, such as tall bloodwood trees, heath and paperbark swamp forests.

Look out for lace monitors, koalas, and bearded dragons. Whip out your binoculars and view birds such as the sacred kingfisher, rainbow bee-eater, and variegated fairy-wren.

Camping and biking are not allowed on the park grounds. However, picnic tables are provided in the picnic area in the north-west section of the park. Also, you can ride bicycles on the bitumen border tracks.

Enjoy a quiet afternoon at the park and admire the various plants and wildlife. Visit Pine Ridge Conservation Park just minutes away from our Gold Coast Broadwater Accommodation.
