How close is Surfers Paradise? 10km which around 15 minutes drive

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at Broadwater Shores?

Yes you can they are available at reception

Q: Do you do after hours checkins?

Yes please call us the day before arrival to discuss arrangements for keys

Q: Do you allow early checkins?

Yes please call us the day prior to arrival to find out what time we expect to have the apartment available.

Q: Are late checkouts available?

Yes late checkout by arrangement is available however some charges may apply

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

A deposit is required at time of booking.

Please refer to the terms and conditions of booking.

Guests will be charged a 25% deposit at the time of booking. 11% of this fee will be charged by eTourism Holidays (the Agent) and the remaining deposit will be charged by Broadwater Shores 

Q: Is there car parking at Broadwater Shores?

Yes there is secure under cover parking for one car per apartment

The maximum height of the car park is 2.1 metres
