Booking & Check-In

Information about bookings, payments and check-in.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-In is 2:00PM and Check-Out 10:00AM

Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

We do not hold a security bond however we do request a credit card imprint to hold in case of breakages/damages ect

Q: Is after hours check-in available?

Yes please call us the day before arrival to discuss arrangements for keys

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

Yes late checkout by arrangement is available however some charges may apply

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

A deposit is required at time of booking.

Please refer to the terms and conditions of booking.

Guests will be charged a 25% deposit at the time of booking. 11% of this fee will be charged by eTourism Holidays (the Agent) and the remaining deposit will be charged by Broadwater Shores 

Q: What are the reception hours?

Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 4:00PM

Saturday 8:30AM - 10:00AM

Sunday & Public Holidays - Closed.

If you will be arriving out of hours please ensure the office has a contact mobile number and/or email address so that you can be contacted with any arrival information you may require.

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

Yes, they are available with our onsite tour desk

Q: Do you allow early checkins?

Yes, if the unit is available however charges may apply.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

Free WiFi is available on the ground floor/guests lounge

Q: What facilities do you have?

2 Pools (The one with the spa is solar heated & the second pool is not heated).

BBQ with gazebo, tables and chairs

2 Sauna's

Full Sized Tennis Court (rackets and balls available for free at reception)

Q: Is there car parking available?

Yes, 1 free car park is available with each booking. The maximum height is 2.03m

Q: Is all linen provided?

All linen is supplied.

Start up supplies of Tea/Coffee/Hot Chocolate/Sugar/Soap/Dishwash Liquid/Dishwasher Powder/Toilet Paper/ and Milk  

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?

Units are servived every 7 days. Additional services can be done at a charge if requested.

Q: Is the pool heated?

One pool and outdoor spa is solar heated.

General information about our location.

Q: How close is Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach?

Surfers is approximately 10 kms south of Broadwater Shores

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

The nearest large shopping centre is the Runaway Bay Shopping Village approx. 1.4 kms travelling north along Bayview Street and The Harbourtown Shopping Outlet is approximately 6 kms.

La Piazza is a few meters along to the north of our driveway on Bayview street.

There are two popular cafes across the street along with a 7-eleven service station on the next corner which is open 24/7.

More Restaurants/cafes can be located within a few kms

The Runaway Bay Tavern is located behind the shopping centre, a second Irish Tavern is at the Oxley Road entrance to Harbourtown Shopping Centre.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

There is a bus stop outside our complex and the local 711 bus runs past hourly.

Q: What local attractions are in the area?

How close is Surfers Paradise? 10km which around 15 minutes drive

Sea World is also about 10km and 15 mins
 
Wet and Wild is about 12 km and  17 mins
 
Dreamworld is about 17 km and takes 25 mins
 
Runaway sporting complex is only 2km and takes 4 mins by car or 25min walking  
 
Runaway Bay Shopping Centre is only 1.5km away

Q: How far away is the race track?

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

Coles, Woolworths and Aldi Shops are all located within the Runaway Bay Shopping Village 1.4 kms north along Bayview Street.
